Transmission of information over the internet

All pages on this website must be viewed over an encrypted (https) connection, making it highly unlikely that anyone will be able to intercept your information. This is most important when you are sending us your registration details, or when you are contacting us using out contact page.

Credit card payments are handled by stripe.com. Your credit card details are handled by them, and are not passed to our servers - we do not have any access to the credit card information you provide. View their statement on security here.

Storage of personal information

All the information you provide during registration will be used to administer attendance, provide receipts for payments and provide CPD certificates. The legal basis for using this information is "legitimate interest".

We will store all of your recorded information for a period of five years. This retention duration has been chosen so that you can access CPD certificates, records of attendance and receipts for one revalidation cycle.

If you do not wish us to retain your data, please contact us, and we will erase your data from our records. Note that this is an irreversible process, so once deleted it will be impossible for us to get this information back.

All of your data is stored securely in a MySQL database, protected by a strong password.

We will never pass on any of your details to any other organisation.
